Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• PA state license in Physical Therapy is required (License/certification).
• Basic Life Support Certification within 30 days from hire date is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Physical Therapy evaluations according to departmental policy and patient needs.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Administers an effective physical therapy treatment program.
• Performs discharge planning responsibilities.
• Completes all documentation pertinent to patient care per policy.
• Promotes patient, employee, and visitor safety at all times.
• Participates in departmental and interdepartmental operations to maintain efficiency.
