Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs Physical Therapy evaluations according to policy and patient needs.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans.
• Administers PT treatment programs effectively.
• Performs discharge planning responsibilities.
• Documents patient care per departmental policies.
• Promotes safety for patients, employees and visitors.
• Participates in department and interdepartmental operations.
