Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with health insurance billing preferred.
• Completion of medical terminology course within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of Clarivate Patient Access II Education Packet within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service functions in the medical office.
• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be accurate.
• Follow all licensing board requirements and Benefis Health System policies.
• Will perform scheduled duties as assigned and assist with related tasks.
