Job summary

This opportunity supports our patient access team, with a minimum two years medical office experience preferred and completion of medical terminology within 30 days of hire.

Starting wage is $18.64 per hour, non-exempt, with variable shifts and a weekend rotation.

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Minimum of two (2) years medical office experience preferred.
• Previous experience with health insurance and patient billing preferred.
• Completion of medical terminology course required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Completion of Clarivate Patient Access II Education Packet within 3 months of hire/transfer.

Schedule Overview

• Business Hours: Monday - Friday (7am-7pm), Weekends (9am-6:30pm)
• Variable shifts: Opening, mid, and closing shifts (4 - 10 hour shifts/week)
• Weekend rotation: Generally every 4th weekend
• Holidays: Approximately 1–2 holidays per year
• Flexibility: Schedule may vary based on clinic needs

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Minimum of two (2) years medical office experience preferred.
• Previous experience with health insurance and patient billing preferred.
• Completion of medical terminology course required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Completion of Clarivate Patient Access II Education Packet within 3 months of hire/transfer.
