• Completion of medical terminology course within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of Clarivate Patient Access II Education Packet within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with health insurance and patient billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer service functions in the medical office setting.
• Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and varying situations.
• Interact with a variety of people, including conflict and stressful scenarios.
• Follow and adhere to all licensing board requirements and Benefis policies.
