Benefis is a premier health system in Montana seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our professional team in the office/clinic setting.

You will provide direct and indirect patient care, communicate with physicians and team members about patient conditions, and support timely, quality care across our clinical teams.

Starting wage is $23.44 per hour, with actual pay based on experience and accordance with Benefis policies; non-exempt status applies to daily patient-facing roles.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Medical Assistant certificate required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a physician. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements: Certified Medical Assistant certificate required. Current BLS certification.

Exemption Wage Non-Exempt Starting Wage $23.44/hourly Actual offered wage is based on applicable experience.
