We are currently seeking aFull Time Clinical Team Leaderto work in ourOutpatient and Partial Care Departments.
Our Outpatient and Partial Care departments use a multi-disciplinary approach; emphasis is placed on individualized assessment, goal-oriented treatment planning, periodic case review, and continuity of care for all persons served. OurOutpatientprogram provides psychiatric evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, and medication managements. Individuals ages 5 and up are treated.Partial Careis a day treatment program for severely and persistently mentally ill patients who require structure, intensive treatment, and close medication monitoring to prevent hospitalization.
