Job Summary and Qualifications

• Outpatient Behavioral Health (Partial Hospitalization Program) RN at Parham.
• Conducts intake assessments to determine clinical necessity for programming.
• Facilitates educational nursing groups.
• Completes nursing admission assessments.
• Has working knowledge of utilization management functions and performs these functions as assigned.
• Has experience working with patients diagnosed with both mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• 48 hrs per pay period required for this position.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Enrolled in a bachelors of nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license.
• Preferred: One year experience in Behavioral Health services.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
