Lexington Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist/OT to provide professional OT services to patients across the lifespan, from infant to geriatric, in our Columbia, South Carolina facilities. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and restorative therapies to improve daily functioning.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment plan development, progress documentation, and education of patients and families.

Formación

• Graduate of an OT program approved by ACOTE or equivalent
• Current and active OT license by the State of South Carolina; CPR Certification
• No minimum years of experience required

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients per physician referral
• Assess and treat infants to geriatric patients across age groups
• Develop and implement OT treatment plans
• Document patient progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and other departments
• Supervise students as needed
• Attend required departmental meetings and in-services
