Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join the Onalaska therapy team, primarily serving Neuro & Lymphedema patients in Complex Care Clinic. The role may involve duties within the Therapy Department and CCS, with a standard 40-hour week and a starting salary of $74,214, commensurate with experience.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in OT, Wisconsin OT license, and current BLS certification; Lymphedema certification is desirable and neuro

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license required.
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers.
• Lymphedema Certification desired.
• Neuro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered occupational therapy services for Complex Care Services (CCS).
• Evaluate and address functional, physical, cognitive, behavioral, environmental, and psychosocial factors affecting daily activities and health management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized strategies to promote independence and safety.
• Contribute to the patient’s care plan and coordinate with team members to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
