Fairview Health Services in Maple Grove, MN seeks an outpatient Occupational Therapist specializing in lymphedema to join our collaborative rehab team. The role focuses on evaluation, planning and delivering safe, evidence-based therapy with family involvement.

The ideal candidate will have MN OT licensure, BLS, and interest in mentoring within an academic health system that offers extensive CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy license (or temporary)
• Current Basic Life Support
• Comfort with outpatient therapy settings and lymphedema care preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluation and re-evaluation of patients.
• Develop individualized plan of care with goals.
• Coordinate with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers; document and bill appropriately.
