Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve in Orthopedics, providing evaluation, treatment, and re-evaluation using standard practices and evidence-based techniques. This full-time role offers day shifts and is based at the Sports Med and Rehab Palm Coast Med Plaza location.

Minimum education is a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) with licensure as PT or PT-TEMP and BLS. Eligible candidates will have experience in ortho care and a commitment to community outreach

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice and department policies.

• Supports community marketing and public awareness through participation in events and educational activities.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus
• Up to $3,000.00 Relocation Bonus
• Schedule: Either opening shift (6am - 3pm or 7am -4pm) or closing shift (10am - 7pm) Monday - Friday
• Location: Sports Med and Rehab Palm Coast Med Plaza 120 Cypress Edge Dr. Suite 101 Palm Coast, FL 32164
• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $36/hour.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
