Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Orthopedics unit in Winston-Salem. The role supports high-volume orthopedic care with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

The position requires an RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with BSN preferred. You will participate in patient-centered care, collaborative team-based practice, and adherence to safety standards while delivering compassionate care

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where providing care.
• BLS certification required; other certifications may be required by specialty.

• Engage in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocol.
• Maintain timely EHR documentation and ensure accurate records.
