Advocate Health's Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Surgery: Orthopedics: Medical Plaza Miller seeks a full-time RN to provide patient-centered care within a fast-paced orthopedic setting. You will assess, plan, and evaluate care, collaborate with the care team, and ensure accurate documentation using EHR systems.

Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, active RN license with state privileges, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where services are provided.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferred BSN degree for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure safety.
• Possibly float to different units as needed.
