Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Inc. in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering individualized outpatient care.

You will assist with therapeutic exercises, prepare treatment areas, and document sessions to update plans of care. You will reinforce home exercise programs, help maintain clinic workflow, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote consistent progress and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program and CA PTA license (or eligibility).
• Knowledge of orthopedics and musculoskeletal conditions in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated PT/rehab skills to support treatment plans.
• Ability to follow therapist direction and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Accurate clinical documentation and basic computer literacy.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or manual therapy preferred but not required.
