Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join OrthoGeorgia Macon in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You will work under a Physical Therapist to treat surgical and non-operative patients with a mix of upper/lower extremity and spine cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• New graduates welcome with strong mentorship.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer PT treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Instruct patients to learn and improve functional activities.
• Measure range of motion and vital signs to assess progress.
• Fit, adjust, and train patients on braces, prostheses, and assistive devices.
• Perform clerical duties and manage supplies as needed.
• Monitor and supervise Physical Therapy Aides.
• Collaborate with PT staff and health team members.
• Provide orientation to new PTAs and participate in mentorship.
