Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (IDFPR) in Illinois.
BLS certification within 30 days.
AHA certification or equivalent training.
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Responsibilities

Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function and reduce pain.
Assist with patient transfers using safe body mechanics and posture.
Educate patients and families on goals, progress, and home programs.
Coordinate care with the medical team and document progress.
Serve as a clinical resource and instructor when needed.
