Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Texas Orthopedics in Kyle, Texas. This outpatient orthopedic position welcomes both experienced therapists and new graduates, offering full-time employment and a supportive, team-based environment.

You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, collaborating with physicians and staff to restore function and reduce pain. Mentorship and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and designing rehabilitation plans for orthopedic patients.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Reviews physician's referral and patient condition to determine PT treatment.
• Tests and measures strength, range of motion, and functional capacity to guide treatment.
• Plans and documents written treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Administers manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function and strength.
• Instructs and motivates patients in home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.
• Confers with physicians and practitioners to adjust treatment plans.
