Job summary
Innovative Therapy Concepts in Frisco, Texas is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in partnership with Carrell Clinic. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of surgical and non-operative patients, including spine, upper and lower extremity, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered work environment.
New graduates are welcome; mentorship and development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- New graduates are welcome; mentorship available.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Commitment to patient care, quality, outcomes, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Review physician referrals and patient records to determine therapy needs.
- Assess strength, motor function, and functional capacity; document findings.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and equipment use.
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize care.
