Vista Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lake Worth, TX. You will provide exceptional care, assess patients, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient documentation and computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and strength.
• Document progress, outcomes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and integrate best practices.
• Delegate tasks to PTA when appropriate and manage caseloads.
