Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and prevention.
