Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic focus in Mukilteo, WA. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessments, personalized treatment plans, and collaborative care within a supportive team.

You will work to restore mobility and function, with access to clinician incentives and ongoing education. A strong mentorship program and patient-centered approach define the environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong orthopedic/neurological/geriatric PT skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using various therapies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and integrate best practices.
