Qualifications

• Successful completion of state board examination.
• Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan individualized treatment programs.
• Implement and adjust outpatient/inpatient PT treatments.
• Document medical record entries timely and accurately.
• Communicate with patients and other health professionals to coordinate care.
