Qualifications

• Required PT license in the state.
• PT degree (DPT or MS) from an accredited program.
• CPR certification or state equivalents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
