Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut (CT).
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Interest in lower-volume, patient-centered practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function and recovery.
• Work with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support continuity of care.
• Maintain timely documentation and patient progress updates.
• Help deliver a strong patient experience in a quality-focused outpatient environment.
