Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Western Massachusetts, with flexible 4- or 5-day scheduling, Springfield or Northampton. The role supports a physician-led orthopedic team, with 30-minute blocks and a manageable caseload.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 per year, plus a $10k sign-on, guaranteed annual bonus, and an additional $30-per-patient incentive. We offer strong benefits, 401(k) with employer contribution, generous PTO and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on each patient’s needs and progress.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
