Jobot is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Guilford, CT to join a large orthopedic care team. Full-time or part-time options with a $5,000 sign-on and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and help patients regain mobility through evidence-based therapies. Connecticut licensure required or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain before start.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred with strong assessment and patient education skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and manual therapy to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team to ensure continuity of care.
