Vista Physical Therapy in Allen, TX is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You’ll assess patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and function.

We offer competitive base pay of $80,000–$99,000 with monthly incentives up to $2,500, student loan repayment up to $25,000, and opportunities for residency programs and professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and modalities.
• Delegate tasks to PTA when applicable.
• Adapt to changing patient schedules.
