Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT license or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to a predominantly orthopedic and active adult population.
• Deliver 40-minute 1-on-1 treatment visits (56 visits per week).
• Participate in weekly chart reviews, case discussions, and collaborative planning.
• Partner with clinic leadership to shape growth initiatives (marketing, wellness programming, etc.).
• Grow professionally with monthly clinical mentorship and CEU support.

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based care to a primarily orthopedic and active adult population
• Deliver 1-on-1 treatment sessions for 40 minutes per visit (56 visits/week = full-time)
• Participate in weekly chart reviews, case discussions, and collaborative planning
• Partner with clinic leadership to shape growth initiatives (marketing, wellness programming, etc.)
• Grow professionally with monthly clinical mentorship, MedBridge subscription, and $1,500 CEU allowance
