Job summary

PTMatch is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy practice in Massachusetts. We provide 1-on-1 sessions, 40 minutes each, with a focus on relationship-driven care and autonomy for clinicians. You will work with a supportive team, participate in mentorship programs, and contribute to growth initiatives across our clinics.

We emphasize clinical excellence, team-based support, and continued professional development through monthly mentorship, CEU allowance, and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Experience delivering one-on-one orthopedics or active adult care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based PT for orthopedic/active adults.
• Deliver 40-minute 1-on-1 sessions (56 visits/week)
• Participate in weekly chart reviews and case discussions
• Partner with clinic leadership to shape growth initiatives (marketing, wellness)
• Pursue professional growth through mentorship and CEU opportunities

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based care to a primarily orthopedic and active adult population
• Deliver 1-on-1 treatment sessions for 40 minutes per visit (56 visits/week = full-time)
• Participate in weekly chart reviews, case discussions, and collaborative planning
• Partner with clinic leadership to shape growth initiatives (marketing, wellness programming, etc.)
• Grow professionally with monthly clinical mentorship, MedBridge subscription, and $1,500 CEU allowance
