Job summary

Concierge Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics across multiple MA locations. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with one-on-one patient care and a focus on mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in PT from an accredited program.
• Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care focused on achieving meaningful patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
• Collaborate with PTAs, Aides, Front Desk Ambassadors, and clinicians to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR.
• Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.
