AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide orthopedic patient care. The role requires knowledge of evaluation techniques, patient re-evaluation, and collaboration with physicians to grow referral networks.

Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a current PT license, with at least 1 year of orthopedic experience. The position offers full-time hours at Palm Coast Med Plaza with a focus on whole-person care and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience treating orthopedic patients (preferred).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred or pursuing.
• Current BLS CPR certification required.

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.

Job Description:

• Up to $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus
• Up to $3,000.00 Relocation Bonus
• Schedule: Either opening shift (6am - 3pm or 7am -4pm) or closing shift (10am - 7pm) Monday - Friday
• Location: Palm Coast Med Plaza 120 Cypress Edge Drive, Suite 101, Palm Coast, FL
• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

Work Experience:

• 1 + years of experience with treating Ortho patients (Preferred)

• Education requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

$66,268.80 - $123,281.60
