Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred for certain departments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Diagnose and formulate nursing diagnoses based on assessment data.
• Identify expected outcomes with patient and family.
• Develop an individualized care plan considering patient characteristics and needs.
• Implement the prescribed plan safely and timely.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise diagnoses, outcomes and plan as needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities in nursing practice.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health issues.
• Collaborate with care team and ensure professional practice standards.
