Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Cancer Institute at Main Campus seeks a motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our outpatient hematologic malignancies team, focusing on Multiple Myeloma, MGUS, and amyloid in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

The APP will conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, symptom management, and longitudinal follow-up, working closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and staff to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• APN/PA licensure with current state practice, oncology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Outpatient oncology experience preferred; willingness to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient histories and exams; develop diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on disease, treatments, side effects.
• Participate in rounds and referrals to specialists.
• Ensure continuity of care and quality improvement.
