• Ensure office operations and programming in the outpatient department operate efficiently and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Ensure outpatient programs comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and TJC standards
• Oversee the work performance of non-clinical outpatient staff
• Manage office processes and procedures to ensure a quality patient experience
