TELOS Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (PRN) to join Sequoia Care in Altamonte Springs, FL. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT services for residents in senior living settings, focusing on ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive function.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate families, and document progress to support resident independence. Florida licensure, OT degree, and CPR are required with perks including travel stipend and flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida (required).
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• CPR certification (per facility/state requirements).
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills.
• A passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence.

Responsabilités
