Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Florida (required).
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers.
• CPR certification (per facility/state requirements).
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills.
• Passion for resident care, progress and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy to residents in a senior living setting.
• Improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive function.
• Educate residents, families and caregivers on goals and strategies.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
