Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient status and plan care.
• Document and implement nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans with the care team.
• Lead process improvements to enhance quality and safety.
• Perform operations with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
