Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is partnering with a premier regional facility in Mattoon, Illinois to recruit a full-time Outpatient Neurologist. This role is housed within the main hospital building and features zero mandatory hospital calls, a dedicated outpatient clinic team, and an option for inpatient exposure if desired.

You will perform outpatient neurological evaluations, coordinate with a two-physician clinic and APP, and have the option to read EEGs or EMGs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong collaborative and team-based communication.

Responsabilités

• Outpatient neurological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a two-physician clinic and APP.
• Manage outpatient workflow with no required hospital call; review labs as needed.
• Read EEGs and/or EMGs if desired.
• Opportunity for inpatient coverage if interested.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
