Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks an Outpatient RN CAP 2 to deliver and coordinate evidence‑based care for ESRD patients in an outpatient setting. You will assess needs, plan interventions, implement treatments, and evaluate outcomes with an interdisciplinary team.

The role may involve supervising care staff after training, and mentorship of newer nurses. Current RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years nephrology experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current state RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• Nephrology nursing experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate tasks and participate in decision‑making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities within the team.
• Educate patients and families; administer medications; assist with emergency responses.
• May serve as a preceptor and participate in quality projects.
