Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in Los Angeles is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing outpatient care for a broad range of kidney diseases. The role features limited hospital rounds, a balanced call schedule, and opportunities for academic and research involvement.

You'll work with outstanding colleagues using advanced clinical resources to deliver patient-centered care and contribute to education and research initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient nephrology care with limited hospital consults and rounding. No hospital or dialysis rounds during the week.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other complex renal conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Weeknight phone calls split evenly (every 8th day).
• Weekend call every 8-12 weeks.
