Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in Los Angeles is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive outpatient care for a broad range of kidney diseases. The role features limited hospital rounds, a defined weeknight call schedule, and weekend coverage on a rotating basis, with opportunities for academic and research involvement.
The successful candidate will have MD or DO credentials, be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Qualificações
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsabilidades
- Provide comprehensive outpatient nephrology care with limited hospital consults and rounding.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and other complex renal conditions.
- Collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Weeknight phone calls split evenly (every 8th day).
- Weekend call every 8-12 weeks.
