Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Knoxville, TN seeks a full-time Therapist to provide individual, family and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting. The position collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with regulations and payor guidelines.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Provisional TN clinical license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates individual, family and group therapy sessions per program schedule.
• Completes session notes, discharge plans, and reports per state and payor guidelines.
• Maintains accurate documentation reflecting assessments and progress.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team from admission to discharge.
• Communicates client progress with referrals, families and guardians as appropriate.
• Engages with clients, families and external partners in a respectful, empathetic manner.
