Job summary

Stone City Counseling, Inc. in Bedford, IN is seeking a licensed or license-eligible therapist to join our collaborative outpatient practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We emphasize ethical care, strong clinical support, and sustainable work-life balance.

The therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy to a steady caseload while working within a seasoned, professional, and collegial team. Hybrid/In-Person preferred and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed preferred (Indiana) or provisionally licensed clinicians with experience encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working with a range of presenting concerns and age groups.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability with scheduling and documentation.
• Values ethical practice, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy (based on training and comfort).
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and ethical standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and referral sources.
• Participate in consultation, collaboration, and team communication as needed.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines related to client care, continuity of treatment, and professional conduct.
