Job summary

LifeStance Health in Indiana seeks Licensed Therapists for a hybrid, part-time role delivering outpatient mental health care. The position supports both telemedicine and in-person care at branch locations, with a strong emphasis on flexible scheduling and community access.

Ideal candidates will be fully licensed (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) in Indiana and have experience with adults and/or children/adolescents. Training and onboarding occur weekly, with a 50% in-office expectation to support partner needs.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Indiana.
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role requiring in-office and telehealth delivery.
• Not available for dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
