Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. The role supports emerging and early-career therapists in a collaborative clinical team focused on licensure development and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists for holistic care.
