Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking therapists to deliver outpatient individual and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers supervision, ongoing education, and a pathway to licensure within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Committed to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.
