Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulation.
• Professional licensing leads to licensure or eligibility.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practice.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Efficient time management and documentation duties.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other staff to deliver holistic care.
