Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower diverse communities through evidence-based outpatient care.

Join a collaborative team that supports licensure progress, ongoing training, and ethical, confidential practice. You will provide individual and family therapy, participate in care planning, and work with a multidisciplinary group of clinicians and staff to improve access and outcomes for clients in our communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing or licensure.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stability.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
