Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. You will collaborate with a clinical team to provide outpatient therapy and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse communities in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists for holistic care.
